Why aren't there more hours in a day? ok Probably because I would run myself into the ground if there were...
I just need silence...
Why do some people not respond when you give them the "are you crazy!?" look....
I just bought new sheets and it feels like I got a new bed.... AWESOME!
I need to run......
I have so many things to do....
I am tired
Tired of running around the world like I'm late... I'm always seemingly late for everything... I am tired of rushing everywhere in a frenzy...I am tired of not being prepared...
I am tired of laundry...
I need a break and it's only Monday...Can it be Friday tommorrow?
I am so tired of my class...they are the worst class I have had in 3 years of teaching....
Why does my 5 year old wait till the very last second to go pee..... and then leaves the door open?

I don't think I told you this but......
Here are some things I have learned about running...
1. You can never have too much music on your IPOD.
2. Running in the morning is best, if you wait till night, you won't go....
3. Running is a mind game....
4. If you can do 1 mile, you can do 2
5. If you can do 2 miles, you can do 3,
6. If you can do 3, you guessed it.. you can do 4.... refer back to comment#3
7. When eating/swallowing a powergel during a long run, HAVE THE WATER READY.. YOU WILL GAG
8. No matter who you are, you can become a morning person, (EVEN ME!!)
9. You can enjoy God's creation in peaceful quiet and realize how small you are in the wee hours of the morning when it's still dark and everyone else is sleeping.
10. Running in the rain feels good.
11. If you run in the morning, and see only a couple of other people out, you realize how lazy American's are (myself included) LOL
12. No matter what season, or temperature in Mississippi, if you run.... you will sweat
13. Running can make you truly appreciate the fact that you have legs.
14. Running gives you time to think
15. Now I know why they make those face masks that burglers wear.... they are for runners who run in the cold!!!!!!
16. You can run....even when it's 17 degrees outside!

grateful
I am so grateful for medical insurance. What would I do without it? There is no way I could afford the medications I need on a daily basis. Lately I have been seeing a dermatologist, for my many skin issues.. and I have been picking up my meds at a local Walgreens. Walgreens has this section on the reciept where it tells you how much your insurance saved you.... and on the pill medication alone I saved over 700.00... That is insane!!!!! This is only for a 30 day supply!
Thank You Lord!

Allergies
So I am allergic to Formaldehyde and Quaternium-15.. Which can be found in foundations, concealers, bronzers, makeup removers, blushes, eye shadows, eyeliners, mascara, sunscreens, moisterizers, cleansers, creams, lotions, shampoos, soaps and other skin care products, adhesives, paper, paperboard, inks, polishes and latex paints may contain these items. So I am going to have to do a complete overhaul on all the products I use to make sure the products I am currently using don't have these components. I finally think I figured out what started it all...... I started having this allergic reaction on my hands right when Thomas was born, and when I looked up Formaldehyde containing products.... #1 on the list was Johnsons Baby Shampoo, and I used this on Thomas till he was about 15 or 16 months old.. but I never dreamed that I was allergic to it!!! It's BABY shampoo!!!!!! Crazy.... Well, I have already look at some of the products, and the blush I was using has Q-15... So I guess I will not be using Cover Girl blush any more!!!! This is gonna be a nightmare!!!!

vindication!!!
I am so excited to report that we got the diagnosis from the child psychologist we were seeing and he has said that Zoe definitively does not have ADD. I can not tell you how excited that makes me!!!! Makes me want to march back into that other doctors office and say HA! Your little indicator checklist doesn't mean anything! We are going to take her to get some counseling for some self esteem issues, but as far as I am concerned, it's all minor in comparison to a learning disability or something bigger.
In other news, I am finally getting my skin tested

No more guilt
I am resolving this New Year to not make myself feel guily for all the things I didn't do... and instead celebrate all the things I did accomplish. I am tired of beating myself up, and have firmly decided that when something is a priority to me I will make it happen. I have recently decided that I can either have friends who support me and love on me as much as I love on them or they can find someone else to be friends with.. This year is going to be a challenge--- a huge challenge-- but I will survive. Thank you to all those who love me even when I don't deserve it!
Here are some photos that we took over Christmas in Missouri.
